I write this today, not as a blogger, influencer, or content creator who has worked with select companies in the past to promote their products or services. I write this today as a person who has spent years in public relations, managing influencer campaigns and working my butt off to bring on the best bloggers, Instagram creators, and what-have-you, so that companies and brands were connected with the right people.
The last entry I submitted to this online journal of random thoughts and musings saw me reflect on my time in Toronto – a new place with new opportunities. A little over a month later, I’ve finally found the nerve to sit down, stretch my fingers, and type something worth sharing.
Three months into the most intensive program I’ve ever committed myself to and sometimes I feel like I’m drowning.
Public relations is no joke – a fact I thought I had grasped before I moved to Toronto. I was sure this program was it. I’d found my place. There was no looking back.
